Jiangyin Huaxin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993, located in Jiangyin city of Jiangsu Province. We have a very good reputation in domestic PSF market as well as in overseas market. In 2003, our company set up a new company named Chongqing New Century Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. in Chongqing city. This new factory will be one of the biggest PSF manufactories and ensures bigger market share of our company in western China.

We have 9 production lines for PSF, 3 lines in Jiangyin City and 6 lines in Chongqing City. Our annual production capacity of PSF is 120,000 metric tons, and 80% of them are selling in domestic market, we are also trying to increase share of overseas market.

To develop overseas market, we set up a company in Hong Kong named Unisky Shanghai (HK) Limited, in charge of exporting and importing business for PSF, filament, PET chips, PTA, MEG, cotton yarn, etc.

Unisky Shanghai acts as the representative in Shanghai for the below related factories:
1) Filament factory: Jinjiang Jinfu Chemical Fiber Polymer Co., Ltd. can provide 180,000 metric tons of Y polyester, 118,000 metric tons of Y POY, 42,000 metric tons of Y FDY and 80,000 metric tons of DTY. We introduce ZIMMER technology for polyester equipment, Germany BARMAG technology for POY/FDY convolute equipment, and Germany BARMAG and Japan TMT equipment for DTY.

2) Denim factory: Unisky Weihe Textiles Factory was founded in 2001. We can produce different colors and types of denim fabric which ranges from 6 to 15 ounce. We have 100 sets of projectile looms made in Switzerland, 50 sets of rapier looms made in Belgium, one sizing and dyeing line and pre-shrinking M/C made in the U.S.A.

3) PET Chips factory: Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Industrial Group Corp, one of the leading manufacturers of chips and virgin fibers in China, with total CP capacity of 1.2 million tons per year. It includes: PET resin bottle grade 300,000MT, polyester staple fiber 500,000MT, polyester chips semi-dull 200,000MT and polyester chips bright 200,000MT. Our main equipment and technology in CP line are from Dupont and SSP from Bluer. We are expecting to expand the total CP capacity to 1.6 million tons per year from 2006.
